ORDER EDITS: No changes allowed to your team order once it has been submitted to the printer. It causes massive delays and errors.

RUSH ORDER: No rush orders, we are very sorry. We will do our best to meet your deadline or event date, but we can not make promises or any type of guarantee.

COLOR PROOFS: Watch your email for color proofs, we will need your approval to keep your order moving forward in the printing process. Typically there are 2 color proof photos: #1 proof is a small test color, #2 is a completed single jersey.

SIZE CHARTS: Be sure to follow the measurements on our size charts when ordering because we do not accept returns. Each style DOES NOT use the same measurements. Racerback runs smaller. Unisex run larger. etc.

REVERSIBLE: 1-layer reversible jerseys are slightly see-through. 2-layer reversible jerseys are more opaque. Please see our photos and details under our FAQs pag

MIN OF 5: To receive a full refund of your $100 R1 design deposit, your initial Bulk Order must include at least 5 jerseys and be placed within 90 days of your Bulk Order Store closing. R1 (or Round 1) designs include Game & Scrimmage Jerseys, Reversible Armbands, Helmet Covers and Reversible Bandanas.

POLICIES / RETURNS / REPLACMENTS

If the error is on our end. We will always make it right. Examples include:

If the garment size does not match the size you selected within the .5" variance based on our size chart.

If the name, number, or pronouns printed differ from what you submitted with your order.

If the color was approved during the print process but you're unhappy with it once the jerseys arrive, we’re unable to offer a replacements.

Artwork and Team Store Policy

Derby Beast provides free custom artwork and a free team store with your jersey order. A minimum of 5 jerseys must be ordered within 90 days of the Bulk Order Store closing. If no qualifying order is placed, the $100 R1 Design Deposit will not be refunded. This helps cover the costs of design time and website set-up. If R2 items are designed (such as our apparel line: Zipper Jackets, Sleeveless Hoodies, Track Pants, Pocket Compression Shorts/Capris/Leggings, and Loose-Fit Shorts) an additional $100 R2 Design Deposit will be collected. A minimum order of five items must be placed within 90 days of the Bulk Order Store closing in order for the Design Deposit to be returned. (PLEASE NOTE: There is a $25 set up fee for each line item ordered if there are less than five orders, per that line item.
